These Terms govern your access to and use of FadeMeBets, including our website, accounts, sports analysis, picks, tools and subscriptions. “FadeMeBets,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the FadeMeBets service.

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

FadeMeBets provides informational sports analysis, statistics, picks and related tools. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept or place wagers, hold betting deposits, or process gambling winnings or withdrawals. Subscription payments purchase access to information and features, not wagers or guaranteed returns.

Our content is for informational and educational purposes. Information, odds, projections and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No pick, subscription, tool or recommendation guarantees a winning outcome, profit or recovery of previous losses.

You are responsible for your own wagering decisions. Sports betting involves financial risk, including loss of the entire amount wagered. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FadeMeBets. This service eligibility requirement does not establish that you may legally gamble. Third-party sportsbooks and other services may require a higher minimum age, including 21, and impose geographic or other restrictions. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party requirements.

Provide accurate account information and keep your contact details current. Protect your login credentials and do not give unauthorized people access to your account. Notify team@fademebets.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or another account-security issue.

Where reasonably necessary to resolve an account, billing or security issue, we may ask for information proportionate to verifying your identity or account ownership. Do not send government identification or full payment-card information through ordinary email.

You may use FadeMeBets for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against others.
• Submit knowingly false or misleading information.
• Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person.
• Interfere with the website, circumvent access controls or access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Use automated methods to scrape or copy service content without permission, except where protected by applicable law.

Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not resell subscriptions, share paid account access, or commercially redistribute paid picks, analysis or other restricted content.

FadeMeBets and its licensors retain their rights in the service and its original content, features and functionality. A subscription grants access during its applicable term; it does not transfer ownership of content.

Unauthorized resale, commercial redistribution or sharing of paid account access may result in suspension or termination after review. Where permitted by applicable law, we may pursue available legal remedies for substantiated violations, including seeking an injunction and recovery of proven damages. We may seek legal fees and costs where authorized by law. Nothing in this section restricts uses or rights protected by applicable law.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval selected at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal. Before purchase, checkout will disclose the plan, price, billing frequency, applicable taxes or other disclosed charges, and automatic-renewal terms.

Stripe processes payments. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the disclosed subscription amount and applicable disclosed taxes until you cancel automatic renewal.

Your purchase confirmation and account billing information identify the terms applicable to your subscription. If a payment fails, access may be suspended while the issue remains unresolved. Contact team@fademebets.com if you believe a charge is incorrect.

FadeMeBets does not currently offer free trials. Creating an account does not itself provide a free trial or free access to paid features.

Existing subscribers on a grandfathered rate retain that rate while their existing subscription remains active. Scheduling cancellation does not immediately remove the grandfathered rate during the remaining active subscription period.

Once the subscription actually ends, grandfathered pricing ends. If you later subscribe again, the new subscription uses the then-current price disclosed at checkout. An expired subscription does not create a right to restore a previous rate.

You may cancel automatic renewal through your account by opening Settings, selecting Billing, opening Overview and choosing Manage Your Subscription. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation. You may also request cancellation or assistance by emailing team@fademebets.com.

Cancel before your next scheduled renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Completing cancellation stops future automatic renewals. It does not ordinarily end already-paid access immediately: you retain access through the end of your current paid subscription period, subject to lawful restrictions under these Terms.

We will provide a cancellation confirmation identifying when cancellation was recorded. Retain it for your records. If you cannot access the cancellation controls, do not receive confirmation or see another charge after cancellation, contact us promptly. A technical failure in our cancellation process does not waive your rights under applicable law.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION SALES ARE FINAL. Except where required by applicable law, FadeMeBets does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits or exchanges for subscription payments.

This includes automatic renewals, unused subscription time, partial billing periods, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with picks and betting losses.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; it does not refund charges already processed. Paid access continues through the applicable subscription period, subject to these Terms.

If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, incorrect or processed after a valid cancellation, contact team@fademebets.com promptly. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Provide your account email, charge date and a description of the issue, but do not email full payment-card details.

We may contest disputes that available evidence indicates are invalid through Stripe and the relevant financial institution. Where relevant and lawfully retained, evidence may include purchase confirmations, subscription disclosures, billing records, service-access records, cancellation records and customer communications. We handle and disclose such information consistently with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must not knowingly make false claims that a transaction was unauthorized or services were not received, or fabricate evidence. Following review, documented intentional fraud may result in account restrictions and pursuit of legal remedies available under applicable law. Filing a dispute, or receiving a dispute decision against you, does not by itself establish fraud.

Contacting our support team is encouraged but is not a prerequisite to exercising your rights with your bank or payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights, applicable card-network protections, legally required refunds or billing corrections. This policy does not authorize automatic dispute penalties or additional charges.

We aim to provide the features described for your plan. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. We may also discontinue services, subject to applicable notice requirements and consumer rights. Any decision affecting prepaid service remains subject to applicable law and required remedies.

Third-party websites, sportsbooks and other services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Links or references do not mean we control their availability, content, eligibility requirements or practices. Review their terms before using them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FadeMeBets and its personnel, suppliers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory consumer protections or remedies. You remain responsible for your own wagering choices, subject to those protections.

We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before material changes to these Terms take effect. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter completed transactions. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
